Haha, could you imagine giving a list like that to the postman? I mean, I do have it all methodically listed out in a spreadsheet, so it would be very easy to understand, but I pity the poor fella who would have to go through that book pile! All the covers have pretty boys in...interesting positions on them. Fun times!
It hurts that I might have lost those books. There were also Japanese manga in that box, but I know I didn't have too much of that, and they were all just the Japanese versions of my favorite scanlated stuff. I can live without them. I think some of my Phoenix Wright doujinshi was in there too (the smaller ones), which will be harder to replace, but it's really the English manga I'm concerned about. That makes up the bulk of everything. Even the English books I had (and loved) weren't so expensive! I'm sure I could replace all of them for $50-$60, and I wouldn't need to do it right away because I can get them from the library. And of course I'm surprised at the $630-ish price tag, because I really didn't think I had nearly 60 BL manga. It's totally not insured for that much (I placed the value at $200 in my rush), which just makes matters worse.
At least I know what I lost. I can slowly build that back up over time if I need to. It's just that the blow is pretty harsh when you lose everything at once...
