A Brokeback Musical?

reppuBrokeback Mountain, the Musical? I heartily disagree sir! People make a big fuss about Brokeback; the short story itself was all right, the movie was pretty good (though the way those men handled their personal issues made my eye twitch after a while). But can you imagine singing gay cowboys? This isn't Oklahoma. I don't know how Charles Wuorinen is going to do it, but this promises to either be big or be a flop, and I'm leaning on the latter.
Exactly six more days of work left, yay! Which means I get less money in the end, but I've grown weary of a job that doesn't demand much of me. I'm the kind of person who likes to push myself, be challenged, and try new things, but this job isn't giving me that opportunity. Too bad.
Oh, yesterday I picked up some new yarn and knitting needles. I really wish I had a rocking chair, because I think there's nothing better than knitting with some good music in a rocking chair. I think I'm relatively easy to please. :D
